South East Metro Manila Expressway (C6)
Project Description
The proposed Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) Project is a toll road project with approximately 33.083 kilometers that is intended to run from Skyway/FTI in Taguig City to Batasan Complex in Quezon City.
The proposed Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) Project is composed of six (6) sections namely;
Section 1: from Skyway FTI to C5/Diego Silang
Section 2: from C5/Diego Silang to C6/Taguig
Section 3: from C6/Taguig to Ortigas Avenue Ext.
Section 4: from Ortigas Avenue Ext. to Marcos Highway.
Section 5: from Marcos Highway to San Mateo/Access to Batasan
Section 6: from San Mateo/Access to Batasan Complex

Scope of Work
Specifically, the purpose of the investigation is to determine the general subsoil condition at the site by test boring with SPT sampling and Test Pit to evaluate the results with respect to the concept and foundation design of the proposed structure. The samples obtained from the boreholes were tested for Engineering classification and strength determination.
This report covers the Methodology of Field and Laboratory Investigations, Subsurface Conditions and includes the Geotechnical Evaluation of the site, estimation of the allowable soil/rock bearing capacity and settlement analysis required for the foundation design along sections 4, 5, and 6.
The geotechnical study which will be reflected in the detailed design may roughly focus on the items presented in below:
Sections 4, 5 and 6
Investigation and Evaluation of the faults which might traverse the project area.
Metro Manila Skyway Stage 2 Upgrade (MMSS2U)
Project Description
The Metro Manila Skyway Project (MMS) is an elevated toll road project with approximately 30 kilometers that is intended to run from Alabang in Muntinlupa to Balintawak in Quezon City. It connects the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) in Alabang in the south, to Balintawak in the north, right before the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) with South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR).
The MMS project is being undertaken pursuant to a toll concession agreement entered into by the Republic of the Philippines (ROP) through the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), and the joint venture company of PT Citra Lamtoro Gung Persada (CLP) and the Philippine National Construction Corporation (PNCC).
Scope of Work
The Consultant shall provide professional engineering services required for the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the construction of the MMSS2U. It should include among others, the detailed design of the adjoining connections and to conduct the necessary studies, surveys and testing, preparation of detailed engineering plans and specifications, cost estimates, bidding and contract documents, providing utility and right-of-way acquisition plans required for the implementation and construction of MMSS2U.

Twin Lakes - Vines Manor 1
Project Description
GLOBAL ESTATES RESORTS INC. proposed to construct VINES MANOR Project a mid-rise condominium building located at Twin Lake, Batangas. The requirements of the project need to analyze its stability along cliff area of the proposed site. The given load is 20 KPa per building floors a combination of Dead Load and Live Load.
Scope of Work
The main objectives are to evaluate the engineering stability condition, and to recommend the appropriate foundation scheme for the proposed structure and remedial measures for the stabilization of the site, if necessary.
Universal Harvester Dairy Farm Development
Project Description
UNIVERSAL HARVESTER INC. (UHI) intends to engage the services of a consulting professional for the Preliminary Design and Detailed Engineering Design for the UHDFI Development Project which ongoing project at Bgy. San Miguel, Maramag, Bukidnon.
The project strategies of UHDFI are as follows;
Firstly, the Preliminary Design shall be implemented for decision/approval by UHI.
Afterwards, Detailed Engineering Design shall proceed area by area.
Scope of Work
